I have a very shaded lot and discovered that I had lichen growing on the shaded area of my roof. As most realize, this leads to damage to asphalt roofs.After researching roof cleaning companies online, it was an easy decision to go with Orion Prowash. From my very first phone call to Orion, Dan was professional, courteous and thorough in explaining the "soft wash" cleaning process they perform on asphalt roofs. In addition, he was also extremely patient with all of my questions.On the day of the cleaning, TJ and his crew were prompt, informed me of their process upon arrival, were respective of my landscaping and property and were very courteous.Overall, excellent company-I will definitely reach out to them in the future for all of my exterior cleaning needs!

These guys were super accommodating. We had one week until we moved in and the start of constant traffic in and out of the house. Orion worked with us to make sure it got done in time. And the house, roof and walkways all look amazing. The house hadn't been cared for in years. Everything was covered in a dark mold. The roof and gutters had dark streaks. The front stoop and part of the brick facing were black. It was all removed. They even removed, cleaned and reinstalled all the screens.

WAY WORTH IT! Shaun and his team were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. From the beginning of receiving our quote from Dan our experience was very fluid. He listened to us, he provided great advice and delivered a realistic and accurate quote. Upon starting the work Shaun was diligent to point out the plan of action and how best to treat our house and landscaping. He attempted areas that might otherwise been overlooked by another company, to which we're very grateful. Shaun spent the time enlightening us on proper maintenance of our property and subsequent cleanings. The before and after's are stunning but most importantly he was efficient and he cared and that was apparent through his work. The smell is light and clean, and now we can open our windows to fresh air vs mold scent. IL is super humid so mold is an issue. We will be doing this each year to keep things clean and fresh!

These guys are true professionals! The entire exterior of our house looks and IS amazingly clean and vibrant. Dan and his crew went above and beyond when they cleaned my gutters and washed my siding and front brick. They diligently worked to remove years of dirt that had accumulated behind the old shutters so that the siding was pristine before new shutters were installed. The deck had dirt at the top and bottom of the spindles and the groove along the top railing. All the dirt is gone. It's all clean and white again. Everything looks great.
