I cannot say enough good things about Orion. The staff is communicative, kind and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond by assessing for any malfunctions/concerns that might be associated with your home during the cleaning. We have a 95 year old English tutor house, with a very steep clay tile roof that is original to the house. It probably had a 95 years worth of organic growth on it. I was shocked that they were able to get most of it off within two hours. They were good at educating me too, some of the organic matter freezes up and it takes a few weeks to ripped off in the rain., But about 80% of it was gone within two hours. It looks so much better, thank you!

Professional and great quality from estimate to service. My home along the Fox River had probably not had windows washed in 2 years - spider webs, dirt, grime. Josh and his team showed up at the time they said they would, explained the service procedure, completed the job and confirmed we were happy with the job. We had Orion Pro Wash clean the outside of our house in preparation for selling. The roof was heavily stained by Mulberries and the aluminum siding was rather dirty, especially with moss/algae on the north side. I can not sing the praises of this family owned business loudly enough. Top Notch professionals with excellent customer service. Highly recommend their soft washing on any surface they clean! We had our house fence and roof done and could not believe the difference! We added years of life to our fence saving us thousands of dollars we would have had to spend to replace it. They even through in the cleaning of our concrete porch and walkway to the door for free! Soft Washing added curb appeal to our home and fencing that we didn’t even think was that dirty. We needed to clean the algae and dirt off the side of the house and gutters but wanted to do it in a way that would not cause damage. This worked out great! The team was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. The dirt came off and the house looks a thousand times better. We added in cleaning out the second story gutters. Orion was able to accomplish this from the ground using a fantastic vacuum method. Very pleased with the experience. I will be telling my friends and neighbors about these guys.
