One of the most common and valid questions we are asked “How much does it cost to wash a house?”
This question is our most common question asked; that’s why we designated a whole page to it on our
site! This question has a multitude of reasons why the answer could be different each time. We are not
just rinsing your home down with water or blasting away dirt or grime from your siding with high
pressure, that’s an outdated process. Soft Washing is the Alternative to Pressure Washing!
We evaluate the type of surface the structure’s siding is and some of those surfaces might look like

Each type of siding requires a slightly different approach and can vary in pricing, with vinyl and
aluminum being the lower cost to clean. Once we evaluate the type of surface we then evaluate the
condition. During our evaluation we look at any damage the surface might have such as
– Oxidation Damage
– Holes or cracks in the siding
– Ensure all electrical and other penetrations are sealed to prevent water intrusion

These guys are true professionals! The entire exterior of our house looks and IS amazingly clean and vibrant. From the vinyl siding, soffit and facia, to the brickwork and even the windows, the crew washed away many years of accumulated dirt, mold and other crud, never rushing to get the job done, but ensuring it was done properly. Dan and his crew went above and beyond when they cleaned my gutters and washed my siding and front brick. They diligently worked to remove years of dirt that had accumulated behind the old shutters so that the siding was pristine before new shutters were installed. Orion ProWash did an excellent job cleaning my home siding, vinyl deck and patio. The siding and gutters are clean. The deck had dirt at the top and bottom of the spindles and the groove along the top railing. All the dirt is gone. It's all clean and white again. Everything looks great. This is my second experience and once again I am very pleased with the quality of work and very professional. This visit they cleaned my deck as well as sidewalks and stones. They even reached out to me this year as a follow up!1st visit 2 years ago: The team arrived on time and sent a text advising when they left their office with an estimated arrival time which was most appreciative. Also sent a text when the job was finished. The driveway, walkway stones, sidewalk to my front door and stones in my flower rock garden look amazing! Plus the fence is no longer green! We had our gutters cleaned, all exterior windows and screens cleaned, and the outside of the house washed. We have vinyl siding and I was concerned about power washing, but they have a soft washing technique that did not harm the siding, Communication prior to their visits was excellent--no surprises and they were on time. Dan was our contact person and he explained everything that was going to be done. We were very happy with the results, the house was clean from top to bottom. We will use their services again.

TJ was very nice and personable. House smells great and mildew was removed from siding on north side of house. I only wish they were able to get the stains on the west side of the house which seem to be stain product from the deck.After the wash, some dirt from between the siding slabs fell and there were some water stains, causing some blotching but the crew came back out to fix it. They stand by their work. I would book with them again. The front of my house is so much brighter!

Other Factors to Consider in Calculating Cost to Wash a House
Lastly, we make sure to measure the square footage of the structure and then calculate to determine
the cost. When we say sqft, it’s not the size of the home, but the sqft of each side of the home that we
are washing by measuring the length of each side by the height of each side.
Soft Washing is the better alternative to pressure washing. This service will actually clean & sanitize
your home’s surface and last 3-5 times longer than pressure washing, using 1/3 less water
